Southside Community Foundation Roadmap

Our roadmap came out of the 2025 Grants for Conversation program bringing together organisations across five sectors.

Four key priorities emerged from those Conversations:

  • Supporting stronger collaborations within and across sectors

  • Fostering creative ideas, support advocacy and story-telling

  • Growing community connection, shared identity and greater social inclusion

  • Exploring a major initiative on local housing.

We invite you to join us in supporting and caring for the organisations and people who care for us all.

There are many ways to get involved.

While money is important, knowledge, passion, connections, and lived experience can bring about lasting change.
