Steven Anderson
Steven is the Global Manager of Penfolds Evermore, the brand’s community and sustainability platform, leading delivery of initiatives and projects in Australia, China, France, and the USA. Steven has a strong background in corporate philanthropy having previously worked for Australia Post, Bendigo Bank and Community Sector Banking leading community programs, social impact, community partnerships and communications. With expertise in transforming community programs to effectively meet the evolving needs of communities, Steven has dedicated his career to driving positive change within communities and achieving impactful outcomes. He has a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Public Relations and a Diploma in Event Management.

Gina Fiske
Gina’s career spans over forty years, working in the community and human services sector in program management and direct service delivery. Her work has led to the improvements in the lives of children, youth and families, and the promotion of health and wellbeing initiatives. Gina has served as an elected Councillor of the City of St Kilda (prior to the formation of the City of Port Phillip), as a member of the Community Consultative Group. Gina's qualifications include a Bachelor of International Politics and Anthropology and a Master of Organisational Change.

Lorraine Grove
Lorraine has worked with Melbourne Water, Macquarie Bank and Urban Water Solutions in infrastructure finance, investor relations, and as a technical writer/editor. She has held voluntary roles with the Australian National Academy of Music, South Melbourne and the Women’s House, Sacred Heart Mission, St Kilda. Lorraine currently volunteers at Port Phillip Community Group and PBSfm community radio station in Collingwood. Lorraine's qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and a Post-Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment.

Sarah Hardy
Sarah is the CEO of the R E Ross Trust, a philanthropic trust based in Melbourne, and a Director of Community Foundations Australia. She is an experienced board member with a demonstrated history of working in philanthropy, local government and the non-profit sectors for over 33 years. Her established skills are in governance, finance, strategy and risk, grantmaking, communication, fundraising and executive leadership. Her experience is underpinned by national and international academic study, including post graduate study at Melbourne University, Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Sarah is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Executive Colloquium at Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership. She holds board positions as a Director of the Victorian Council of Social Services (VCOSS) and a Trustee of the National Parks Conservation Trust.

Elizabeth Jennings
Elizabeth began her career in banking before moving into the government and not-for-profit sectors. She was Chief Financial Officer at Victoria Legal Aid, Head of Strategic Finance at World Vision Australia, and the Director of Corporate and Community Services at the Shire of Yarra Ranges. Elizabeth has served on a number of boards and currently is a board member of the Australian Democracy Network and the Port Phillip Community Group. She has a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts, a Master of Assessment and Evaluation, and a Master of Business. Elizabeth is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Martin Murley
Martin has worked in the not-for-profit (NFP) sector since 2012, managing philanthropic partnerships, donor relations and funding opportunities for NFPs that support vulnerable children and young people. Prior to his NFP change, Martin worked as a project and business development specialist, then general/senior manager within the education sector. Martin has a graduate certificate in technology management, a certificate in fundraising, and a university qualifications in education and media studies. He is passionate about aligning philanthropic intent with social purpose, and creating productive partnerships that have kindness and generosity at their core.

John Spierings (Interim Chair)
John’s career has spanned higher education, local and federal government, philanthropy and consultancy. He has worked at Adelaide, Monash and Melbourne universities and was a Councillor at the City of St Kilda, and Mayor in 1992-93. John was the chief researcher and policy advocate in education and training at the Dusseldorp Skills Forum for a decade. He served as senior policy adviser to the Hon. Julia Gillard, in her roles as Deputy Prime Minister and Prime Minister. John was Executive Officer at the Reichstein Foundation and he currently serves as a non-executive Director of The Myer Foundation. He is a member of TMF’s Sustainability and Environment Committee. John holds a PhD in Australian economic history.

Briony (Bo) Stocker
Bo has twenty years’ experience in tertiary education coupled with a strong track record in the voluntary sector. She has managed multiple projects throughout her career including major university events and the Monash MBA careers program. She is currently an Industry Fellow with Monash Business School Online Education contributing to learning on community building and learning leadership. She has volunteered in projects serving migrant women, those living with anxiety, and communities in need of affordable funeral care. Bo enjoys working with others to build community that provides agency, belonging, and purpose. Her working hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 am – 1 pm and Wednesday 9 am – 3 pm.
